Should there be any requirements for further club officials, these will be filled as and when required.

· Members are expected to keep their vehicles in a roadworthy condition and be suitably taxed, insured and certificated.

 

·  Members should be aware that as a representative of the club they are expected to conduct themselves in a suitable manner whilst on club outings etc.

 

· Member Disputes: Any dispute should be brought to the attention of an elected Committee Member, or if deemed necessary, in writing to the Chairperson. All disputes will be handled fairly and reasonably and will be discussed at the next available Committee meeting. If the nature of the dispute is deemed to be of an urgent nature then a special Committee meeting will be convened to deal with the said dispute.
